Parents

At Zeta Tau Alpha, we understand that choosing to join a sorority is an important decision—not just for your student, but for your entire family. Our chapter is committed to creating a safe, supportive, and enriching environment where members can thrive academically, socially, and personally.

We prioritize scholarship and hold our members to high academic standards. Our chapter offers academic resources and peer support to ensure each member stays on track toward graduation. Many of our members consistently achieve strong GPAs while balancing involvement in campus life. We currently hold the highest GPA of Greek life on campus and are very proud of that.

Your student’s well-being is our top priority. We promote a culture of respect, accountability, and sisterhood. Our chapter strictly follows university and national organization policies, including a zero-tolerance stance on hazing. Members are encouraged to look out for one another and build lifelong friendships in a positive environment.

ZTA provides opportunities for leadership at every level—from committee involvement to executive council positions. Members gain valuable skills in communication, teamwork, and organization that prepare them for future careers and life beyond college.

Our chapter is deeply committed to serving others, especially through our national philanthropy focused on Breast Cancer Education and Awareness. Members participate in meaningful service projects and events that make a real impact in the community.

We recognize that our members’ support systems play a huge role in their success, and we are so grateful for the parents and families who stand behind them. Each spring semester, we proudly host a Parents Day, where families are invited to visit, meet chapter members, and experience the sisterhood firsthand. This special event allows us to show our appreciation, strengthen connections, and celebrate the important role you play in your student’s journey.

We value transparency and encourage parents to stay informed and involved. If you have questions or would like to learn more about our chapter, we are always happy to connect.
